- FSBOAV.COM provides an advertising forum for “For Sale By Owner” sellers. It does not represent the seller or the buyer.
- The one time fee of $199
is non refundable and non transferable and includes up to 90 days of continuous listing on FSBOAV.COM web-site. In addition, the service includes a yard sign with the seller’s contact number and our web address.
- FSBOAV.COM will install signs in the Palmdale-Lancaster area only. Other areas in AV please call (661) 726-2012 to arrange for shipping or pick-up.
- Homeowner agrees to mark a safe location for the sign and is responsible for any damages to underground utilities, sprinkler pipes, or hidden objects.
- The yard sign and post are property of FSBOAV.COM and are rented at the time of service. Damage to the sign or post is the responsibility of the home seller. Up to $100 may be charged.
- FSBOAV.COM may also advertise your listing in other websites or print media for the purpose of advertising its services.
- FSBOAV.COM is a “For Sale By Owner” only site. You may not list your property on FSBOAV.COM if you are listing with a real estate agent or broker. We reserve the right to remove your listing from the web-site and take down your yard sign if you list with a real estate company.
- You agree to not allow buyer’s real estate agents place their realtor yard signs on your yard while listed on FSBOAV.COM.
- You agree to hang a “Sale Pending” placard on the FSBOAV.COM yard sign upon execution of a purchase agreement, allowing it to remain in your yard until closing.
